This policy is created to guide HR Staff in ensuring all employees are given the utmost attention and ensure that all issues escalated to the HR Department are addressed in a timely fashion and at par with the standards of the company.

 

  1. All employees can send a private chat to the HR Manager / Staff to escalate issues concerning employment, pay, grievance, leaves, and other HR-related matters.
  2. HR Staff are expected to acknowledge all enquiries and ensure to respond within 30 minutes.
  3. For issues that require time to be addressed, HR must advise the employee that the issue/concern is acknowledged and will ensure to provide the employee feedback before COB and if not resolved within the day, HR must advise the employee to provide feedback the next day.
  4. Escalation - If issue raised to HR requires escalation to the higher management, HR must advise Top Management via, Skype - if issue requires immediate response or is urgent OR put it on Trello and set due date and tag team members who can contribute resolution ensure the concern/s of the employee are addressed in due course.
  5. If HR failed to provide feedback within the expected time frame, team member/s can remind HR and seek for updates on the concern.
