The way to handle vehicle issues is:

If the vehicle can still be driven:

Check how far the driver is from Callaway (or any of our existing mechanics).

If the driver is a long way away from Callaway (or our existing Mechanics), locate the nearest mechanic shop that is open (Google Map Search, Call Existing Contacts and ask for referrals to mechanics near the driver, etc). Then, tell the driver to drive straight to the nearest mechanic.

If the driver is close to Callaway (or any other existing mechanic that we deal with), tell them to drive straight to that mechanic.

If the vehicle cannot be driven:

Call the nearest mechanic and ask if they can provide an on-site call out to see if the issue can be fixed enough to drive it to the shop. If not, arrange a Tow using our existing contacts for Truck Towing.
