All drivers, who will work on a Victorian Public Holiday, will be nominated with +3 points for each public holiday they work.

In case a driver needs to take leave on a Public Holiday, they are to complete a leave request form (like with any other leave). They need to hand it in to the office with the same amount of notice as required by our existing leave policy.

As currently only the CM/GW Night Shift work on Public Holidays, if he does need time off, the other Night Shift drivers will be asked to fill in, with the same reward of +3 points. If none of them wants to work, the Day Shift Drivers are to be asked, then the Transport and Yard team members.

Out of all the team members, one must perform the run.
