Missing Bin After a New Company has Taken Over a Customer's Location

When a customer moved out from their location without prior notice and another company took over the location, the recent customer is STILL and ALWAYS responsible for the bin until it is returned or a new customer signs up and assumes responsibility.
If the previous customer wants to cancel the service, schedule the removal of the bin as soon as possible, and explain that all outstanding amounts will be handled through our standard Receivables Process, including forwarding any overdue amounts for debt collection.
In occasion when the bin is nowhere to be found by the time of removal, a lost bin fee should be charge to the account.
1. Open MYOB. Under "Sales" option in Command Centre, click "Enter Sales".

2. Search for the customer name. Ensure to choose the correct customer among the list as some of them has multiple accounts in different locations.

3. Fill out the necessary information in creating the invoice for replacement bin. Do not forget to put a note saying that the bin could not be located on site. Add another note for the Despatch team not to deliver a replacement bin as this is only a charge for a lost bin.
