procedure process

Purpose:

The purpose of this document is for processing Unpaid orders online.

 

Process:

  • Go to AWM Mange Page


 

  • Click Online Order

 

  • Work on the " Awaiting Payment" (yellow)

 

  • Call the customer to follow up payment for the online order

 

  •  Offer to process the payment over the phone using the credit card
  • Ask the Customer if there is anything you can assist.
