Usually, the maximum contamination amount allowed in a PC or DD bin would be 10%.

This contamination includes, but is not limited, the following items: CD, floppy disks, rubber stamp, etc.

Any more than that would need to be kept separate and charged as an additional Non Paper SAF job.

If it is a lot, we would just ask the customer to keep them in boxes or bags, and have the driver remove them separately and keep them in the cab or side box of the truck.

Then, take them back to the yard (not One Paper) for destruction. We would also charge the customer a fair bit more for this service.

To process the Non Paper SAF charge of the customer:

1. Open AWM - Manage account of the customer.

2. Click "New Order" > "Admin" > add "Miscellaneous".

3. Ensure to fill out the information needed correctly.

a. Name - describe how many boxes/bags does the driver need to remove and what kind of rubbish are they.

b. Item Cost - how much do you charge the customer.

c. Shipping Method - which truck should we use.

d. Invoice Date and Promised Date - should be the same date, which is when we are in the area, if we are using the collection trucks. If we will use the courier vehicles, the "Invoice Date" should be the date you process the order, and the "Promised Date" is when we will attend the area.

e. Orderer - name of the person who requested the collection.

f. Click "Create Invoice" to record.
