Our standard font type is Arial, the font size should be 12. You must ensure that the font is matching throughout the entire email and that you have changed the inserted fields to the standard font colour black and the correct font size to match the remainder of the email template.

The document destruction bag is posted out to you at your collection address, all folded up neatly with a tamper proof tie, and can be easily stored away to use at a time convenient to you. 

Once the document destruction bag is full, you simply attach your tie to the bag and our team will attend during office hours and remove the full document destruction bag.

Should you find that you have filled up your document destruction bag quicker than anticipated, our team would happily bring you a new document destruction bag whilst onsite removing your full bag to save on the postage fees. (Savings of $19!).

This includes all fees including the postage to send out your new document destruction bag, as well as our team attending during office hours to remove the full document destruction bag and most importantly the secure destruction of your sensitive documents.

Helpful Tip: To ensure we do our very best to protect our environment you are more than welcome to put anything made from paper or cardboard in your document destruction bag. Some examples include newspapers, magazines, window faced envelopes, cardboard boxes, etc. As an added bonus, you do not have to remove items like paperclips, staples, bull clips, plastic pockets, photographs, etc. as our sorting and recycling machines can handle these for you.
