On Boarding New Employee

Onboarding

Create or Update User

  1. Remote on (AWM-HQ-DC1-2012) (192.168.1.21) domain controller active directory
  • Open Server Manager on the top right click Tools
  • Click Active Directory Users and  Computers
  • Expand Austwaste then click Austwaste Users
  • Search User and double click then update 
    • First name
    •  Last name
    • Display name
  • Click Apply and Ok
  • Right click User click reset password
  • Check the following

Skype 

  1. Go to Web Skype Here
  • Enter email
  • Sign in or Forgot Password
  • Check the Email
  • Then sign in then Clear the following
    • Change name
    • Remove profile picture
    • Delete Personal Conversations

Tawk.to

  1. Same Email use on Outlook
  •  Forgot the password and check the email

OnTime 

  • Get Credential on Bitwarden
  • Download and install Ontime here

Trello

  1. Go to Trello Here
  •  Credential same as outlook or forgot password if credential not correct
  • Save in browser

AWM Manage

  1. Go to awm- manage Here
    •  Login using Active Directory Login (Mail Login)
  2. Add Employee on the Sales Person
    • Click New Order
    •  On the Pop Window (Sales Person)
    • Employee will added there
    • Login to MYOB
      • On the Top Menu Click Lists->Cards
      • Click New
      • Add Details
    • Update settings on Awm-Manage
      • Find global-settings.inc.php
      • Update and add record
    • Click New Order
    • Check the Sales Persons if Added. If not coordinate to the IT.
  3. Save browser link

Kanga Manage

  1. Go to kanga-manage Here
    • Login using Ad Credential (Pc Login)
      • example if your login is it_3@gul.ph use only it_3 for username.
  2. Save browser link

Auwaste

  1. Go to auwaste here 
  2. Save browser link

MYOB Account Right

  1. Update MYOB Account Right 
    • If manually update download it here 
  2. Click Open a company file
    • Click Network Libraries
    • Add network library
      • Name: awm
      • Network Address: awm-phi-myob
      • Click OK
  3. Under Samples
    • Click AWM.myox
    • Credential Bw ("MYOB User Logins")

Kangaroo Couriers

  1. Go to kangaroocourriers Here 
  2. Save the browser link

Microsip

  1. Update Contact (contacts.xml)
    • Update it from Ftp (/var/www/awm-manage/_res/contacts.xml) (Get Credential on Bitwarden Search Sudoer   find the .23 ip)
    • Make sure to backup the contacts.xml (contacts_YYYYMMDD.xml )
    • Update contacts.xml
    • Download it or Update on Ftp
  2. Login to awm-hq-pbx
    • Go to awm-hq-pbx here 
    • Login and get credential on Bitwarden
    •  Under Admin click down arrow then click User Management
    • Click on the User List
    • Get Username (a)
    • Get Display Name (b)
    • Under the Applications click Extensions 
    • Then click Extensions on right panel
    • Get Secret  (c) as password   
  3. Apply credentials
    • Open Microsip 
      • Click Menu then Click Add or Edit Account
      • Apply Credential
    • Below are the credential 
      • SIP Server : awm-hq-pbx.austwaste.org:5060
      • User: equals to Username (a)
      • Password: equals to Secret (c)
      • Display Name: equals to Display Name (b)
  4. Outlook Application
    • Open Outlook Application
    • Click "File" then "Add Account"
    • Add Email Address and Password then Click Exchange then Add Account.
    • Additional Email  Accounts
      • If the specific email, errors on retrieving 
        • remove Email Account then turn off Outlook
        • open a Outlook add Email Account then turn off Outlook
        • once the Email Account has the inbox Click Send/Recieve 
        • Then Click Send/Recieve Groups and Click the Email Account added
