1) Turn the switch on the console from "Start" to "Compact".
2) Undo the screw clamps on the rear bottom of each side of the hopper.
3) Use one of the side levers to raise the tailgate.
4) Use the other two side levers to move the eject walls (there are 2 from memory) toward the rear and eject the load from both sides of the body.
5) Use the two side levers to move the eject wall all the way toward the front of the body.
6) Use the side lever to lower the tailgate until you can reach the pack/sweep buttons.
7) Press the pack sweep buttons a few times to clear any jammed waste stuck in the hopper, pack/sweep.
8) Use the side lever to lower the tailgate until it is closed.
9) Close and loosely tighten the screw clamps on the rear bottom of each side of the hopper. Do not tighten them all the way as they will get stuck when the body fills.
10) Turn the switch on the console from "Compact" back to "Start".

The console switch should be in "Start" to enable the truck to start initially, and at all times while driving. "Compact" should only be selected when the compactor functions are required.
