AWM Manage

1. Go to Awm-Manage Admin

2. Click Edit PublicHoliday

3. Click Add

• Checked: Dayoff
• Add Name
• Click State: VIC
• Save

** Search Victorian Holiday on Google for reference. 

PBX

1. Go to PBX ADMIN

2. Click FreePBX Administration

3. Login Get login on Bitwarden

4. Hover on Applications then Click "Time Group" Or here

5. Update past Holiday or Months 

• For Example  Easter Sunday Holiday
• Search or Find the previous date of "Easter Sunday"
• Change that date to next Holiday Date
• Do it for the Next Holiday that has changes date
• Click  Submit

Creating New Calendar

1. Go to Z:\Australian Waste Management\Current Year\Calendars\

• Get the current year.
• Copy Run Calendar.xlsx  and paste it to a new Folder 2024
• Open Run Calendar.xlsx
• On the schoolandpublicholidays sheet
• Add the holiday for next year
• On the Calender Sheet (First sheet)
• Change the year to next Year (Cell U2)
• Check if  the Week Number are correct if they are match to the Current year if not Add value to the Offsets sheet
• Compare the Current year Calendar VS Next year
  • Holidays
  • Week Numbers
• Run the Code exporting-sheets-to-pdf.ps1 or Save it in the 2024 folder
• This script will export the sheets to PDF
• Check all the PDF if they have correct Prints.
