You'll have to check this mostly when wifi in the office is not working. And sometimes other IP issues. Screenshot to follows. 

If here in the PHI Login using RDP on AWM-PHI-RODC1 (172.16.64.21)

1. Stop service "Kerberos Key Distribution Center"

2. Restart service "DHCP Server"

3. Start now the service "Kerberos Key Distribution Center"

4. Confirm the issues was fix. to follow screenshot
