• We charge a $10 PHS (minimum) fee if a customer wants to use their own courier service to collect their order (product).

• if it is a single, small item or a low value sale
• If the order is larger, like multiple stacks of wheelie bins, there should be

1 x PHS at $10 per stack of bins

• if the customer requires something to be applied to each bin (like NPS) the fee should apply to each bin/label (1 x PHS at $10 per bin.)

• Add the PHS fee after you process the order and just before the order/invoice to make sure you add the correct PHS fee on the account.
• From the Order page of the customer’s account, click Admin.

• Drag the grey bar line to the right and look for Packaging Handling and Shipping and click Add

• Save the invoice/order as usual

  • Open the customer’s account in MYOB, Sales – Sales Register

• • Click the blue arrow to open the invoice

• • Add the PHS Fee on the account by (Item Number PHS)

• • Click OK
