This procedure should be used in case the customer is not on the premise at the time of the new bin delivery.

1. Check in AWM-Manage if the customer has specific instruction on where to place the bin in case he or she will not be there. If there is a note, then this should be given to the driver, if not try to call the customer to gain permission to leave the bin on site.

2. Once you gain permission and/or instruction from the customer on where to leave the bin, post this to the driver’s chat box and ask them to take a photo on where the bin was left for documentation purposes. In case the customer is not answering, ask the driver to find a safe place to leave the bin.

3. Edit the invoice to reflect where the bin has been left.
