Motorcharge Charges with no Fuel Docket

We will follow this procedure if a charge was billed but we do not have a fuel docket relating to the charges

1) Check if any of the following apply:

a) Fuel was purchased multiple times in a short period of time.

b) The amount of fuel purchased was much higher than the normal amount.

c) The fuel type was different to the type that is used in our vehicles ie: diesel versus unleaded etc.

d) The description is not listed as fuel, ie: Shop

e) The driver continually does not hand in fuel receipts or upload fuel information.

f) Quantity of fuel purchased is much more than the truck can hold.

2) Raise our concerns with David/Les (Warehouse) and have them investigate the matter further.

3) Once we have received their guidance and feedback from there will make a decision whether to follow it up with Motorcharge.

**If drivers are not uploading dockets for their fuel purchases you need to post a friendly reminder in their chat and then proceed to nominate them for a - point.**

**Note that we only contact motorcharge as a last resort and we must pay to have them provide us with details and confirmation such as copies of the receipts.**

** Les uses a fuel card to buy fuel in his vehicle as part of his remuneration. David would also fill the Kangoo using a fuel card from time to time.**
