Power Outage at the Philippine Office

To give guidance to employees and staff in the event of a power failure, outage, disruption or interruption either planned or unplanned. This policy is not the final authority in all situations; rather, it is designed to give Department Leads and HR guidelines from which to base their decisions.

One PH member should have 4G access to send/check skype messages.

PH office should advise the Melbourne office immediately about the power outage and let them know about the tasks that they need to cover which are, but not limited to, the following:

- Monitor all driver's chats for any issues that will arise

- Monitor Ontime for any incoming jobs or changes needed

- Monitor the kanga-manage/couriers map page and update it as jobs are added/completed

- Handle incoming calls

- Finish the AWM and KC runs, in case they are not done yet, including printing the run sheets and run assignments.

All urgent tasks, like orders that need to be processed immediately, should also be done by the Melb team members. If the Melb team members need assistance, they should post it via Skype. Any other tasks that can be put forward should be posted in Trello.

To I.T:

- UPS's for the servers have been running for greater than 5 minutes and should also be powered off gracefully 5 minutes after power outage.

- All the networking equipments remain up and running to keep the internet connection on wireless A.P's.
