1) Candidate applies for the position via our GUL Website including Answering the required questions and attaching a voice recording. Should candidates not follow our hiring procedure then they are to be disqualified, if by chance you see a stand out candidate then please make contact with the candidate and follow them up and ask why they did not follow the correct procedure and evaluate the candidates suitability based on their answers.

2) HR to touch base with the candidate via email advising candidate that they have progressed to the next step and that we require them to complete the attached DISC VAC and email it back to us. (Please refer to attached DISC VAC Pictures please put this into an easy to complete format with instructions on our GROW letterhead please)

3) Once the DISC VAC has been analyzed and approved by HR, candidate participates in a phone interview answering HR's approved questions. This must include anticipated start date and expected salary range. At the end of this interview HR will assess before ending the interview call whether the candidate should progress to the final interview step. If Yes then the candidate will be told to research and study the Australian Waste Managements website and that they will attend a face to face interview with questions based around that website. HR Must then schedule a time for the interview and let the candidate know the date and time via email in a timely fashion.

4) The candidate attends the face to face interview with Management which will be recorded and uploaded into the relevant Trello card for review by Management.

5) Candidate is successful and begins a trial. At the end of the 1st week trial the team member will have an assessment to evaluate their growth and learning, here the team member will answer the questions again. Based on the answers from this should the team member not show sufficient learning and growth their trial will end here. Should they show their learning capabilities and seem a right fit for the role, Management and HR will discuss pay negotiations and a further 3 week trial will continue.

6) Upon the completion of the 4 week trial, HR & OM will have a meeting with the team member and decide whether we will be offering the team member a permanent position with our company, In this interview the team member will be provided with a letter of offer and a non compete to complete and sign.
